Great shoe November 5, 2008
I bought the Defyance and ran a marathon in it almost straight out of the box. It did not give any knee or foot problems at all during or after the 26.2 miles. Key points: it's a light shoe, decent tread, and very roomy in the toe box. The funky green color is quite reflective in the dark. The outsole does not look particularly hard-wearing, though. Also, for those with flat arches, this shoe feels as if it has minimal arch support.
