Great product. It does the job. It may not look fancy but, doing intervals are so much more smoother now.

Personally, I use it with a group of people. We set up different rounds of exercise stations, and use the GYMBOSS for tabata style routines. It's awesome for letting us know when to kick it back into high gear! I recommend this for anyone who is into High Intensity Interval Training...it definitely saves having to stare at your wrist! Use the HIGH BEEP setting and your good. I didn't care for the vibrate setting. I tried to use it while on the bike, with ipod in ears, and couldn't feel it. So if you are wanting it for that...maybe something else will help. But for the gym setting in a group...high beep...and start the HIIT!

I ordered my Gymboss Silver V2.0 on Dec. 8, shipping it express mail, and received it Dec. 11. It came with the Gymboss, a battery, and an instruction sheet. It was very easy to set up and all the functions, including the stop watch, the single interval time and the two interval time functions all worked as I expected. And like a pager, it has belt clip on the back of the unit. You can attach the Gymboss to your shirt or belt. I attached it to my shirt and tried a tabata exercise with weights in a very loud gym and I could hear both the low beeps and the high beeps. The Gymboss is exactly what I have been looking for. Good job Gymboss!

This is my second Gymboss. I lost the first and replaced it immediately. I had mine for a couple of years and used it almost every day. I went to their website hoping nothing changed, and very little has, because it's perfect the way it is. I never write reviews, but I just want to spread the word. These are great.
Makes timing Tabata intervals easy December 8, 2008

My wife and I love Tabata protocol workouts but hate having to watch the second hand on a clock to time the intervals. The Gymboss is easy to setup and allows us to focus on the exercise and not on the clock.
