Got these shoes to wear to work. I put out stock at a grocery store so I am on my feet all day. I find these shoes to be comfortable and true to size. I have a narrow foot so it is sometimes hard to find a well-fitting shoe. I only wish I could get them in black in my size.
Very Comfortable Wide Sneakers June 22, 2008
New Balance, IMHO, make the best wide shoes (and only brand to make wide children's shoes - friends have sworn by Nike since they first came out, but they run narrow). The 620's Cross-Trainers in particular are the lightest (1.5 lbs) and most comforatble sneaker I've owned (with good lateral support), although I wish they came with a slightly thicker insole for a bit more shock absorption (but they are replaceable). I also like White (no crazy colors).

with the price of cross training and running shoes going up like the price of gas, its great to have a reliable, high quality, comfortable option such as these New Balance 608 shoes. They provide good support, the insole even is comfortable without socks, and they come at a good price. Good stuff!!

Bought these for my hubby and he loves them. He wears a hard to find 4E. We usually have to drive two hours round trip to academy and spend hours sometimes looking for a shoe in stock that is 4E. Ordering online with Amazon was a breeze. It took about 2 minutes and I received my order of the New Balance shoes promtly. The shoes were exactly as presented; fit was perfect, styling was good, and the color was ideal. I have enjoyed walking in these most comfortable shoes from New Balance.
