I have had this reel for over a year now and just love the feel of it even if I'm just reeling in my line. It just has a high quality, solid feel to it. (The fact that it only cost $30 is what makes me smile even more! ) . I like the rear drag setting which I can quickly adust when fighting a fish. The pop off spool comes in handy when re-lining my rod and sometimes you forget to have the line thru the bail so you just pop off the spool , flip the bail and you are back in business.
If you like spinning gear and are going after freshwater game in the 5-15 lb range, this is great choice for the money.
